Better solution for oilfree compressed air class 0 with ETC®
Clean compressed air is the requirement for quality and process reliability in many production processes and applications. Pressure dew point and concentration of oil and water aerosols, oil vapour and other gaseous and particulate impurities define the quality of the compressed air. ROTORCOMP® has continued to set new standards in the field of compressed air treatment since 2001 with the ETC ® series of catalytic air treatment systems for hydrocarbon removal.
The targeted residual oil content in the compressed air generated by the ETC® systems meets the strict requirements for Class 0 in accordance with ISO 8573-1 (<0.0025 mg/Nm³) and thus presents the highest demands on measurement technology for its monitoring. For this reason ROTORCOMP has developed a measurement system to make the compressed air quality measurable and therefore more reliable and more predictable for customers.
Finally ROTORCOMP is not only removing the volatile organic compounds. We make the compressed air quality measurable and therefore more reliable and more predictable for customers.
For the compressed air treatment the EcoTec Converter ETC® is our proven, unique and patented system for producing absolute oil-free and silicone- free compressed air and pure water as condensate after the ETC®.
We recommend our Oil Monitor as a measurement system for monitoring the air quality relating to oil-free air.
