ROTORCOMP provides with the two-stage screw compressor MT25-G a long term approved screw booster design for pressures up to 25 bar.
The two-stage compressor increases the pressure from ambient or up to 350 mbar to up to 25 bar with a maximum delivery capacity of 42 m³/min.
Multi staging is employeed for higher overall efficiency, high pressures and less noise. The thrust balancing piston arrangement incorporated in the multi staging models minimizes thrust loading thus increasing the bearing life.
The major applications are downhole drilling, PET bottle blow molding and Nitrogen generation.
